Thinking Meditation Versus Operative Meditation

All things present around you whether positive or negative ideas, the different sounds you hear, and anything your eyes see, should never be neglected during your thinking meditation, even the disturbances that distract you. Nothing should be ignored when you practice this form of meditation. Sitting down, emptying the mind, and maintaining peace in your heart are all things you should concentrate on. If thinking meditation is done by sitting down in silence, operative meditation requires an individual to physically move from soft that develops to big movements. In the thinking meditation, posture is one important key to successfully let the body energies circulate. It is necessary to have a seating position of your choice. 1. Respirate in a wild and uneven manner. This gives the idea that breathing can let negativity enter the body, so we need to exhale to release them from our bodies.
2. Get angry. This method breaks away all pessimistic feelings that are locked up deep inside you. You don’t have to be too serious in doing this; all you have to do is to act angry and loosen up. You may hop, shake, or jog to your heart’s desire. If you feel like shouting and laughing while moving your body, that’s okay too.
3. Let go of everything by saying, “Hoo!”. You have to repetitively shout “Hoo” to level up your sex energy.
4. Hold the position. As the meditation coach says, “stop!”, you have to instantly pause whatever you are doing and keep the position. Afterward, you will need to do a process of self-reflection.
5. Enjoy the moment.
